Thank you for choosing our appliance repair services. By scheduling a repair with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Service Fees: A service fee will be charged for the initial visit to diagnose the issue with your appliance. This fee will be waived if a repair is completed during the initial visit. If additional visits are required for the same issue, additional service fees may apply.
  2. Repair Costs: The cost of the repair will depend on the type and extent of the repair needed. Our technician will provide you with a written estimate of the repair costs before starting any work. If you choose to proceed with the repair, you agree to pay the estimated cost in full upon completion of the repair.
  3. Payment: We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards as forms of payment. Payment is due upon completion of the repair. If payment is not made in full at the time of service, you agree to pay interest on the outstanding balance at a rate of 1.5% per month until the balance is paid in full.
  4. Warranty: We offer a 90-day warranty on all parts and labor for the repair completed. If any issues arise with the same appliance within the warranty period, we will repair it free of charge.
  5. Liability: We are not liable for any damages or losses that occur during the repair process, including but not limited to damage to the appliance, damage to property, or injury to persons.
  6. Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
  7. Access to the Appliance: You agree to provide us with access to the appliance at the scheduled appointment time. If we are unable to access the appliance due to your absence or lack of preparation, a service fee may still apply.
  8. Safety: Our technicians are trained to follow all safety procedures while performing repairs. We ask that you keep all children and pets away from the work area during the repair process.
  9. Privacy: We will only use your personal information for the purpose of scheduling and completing the repair. We will not share your information with any third parties without your consent.

By scheduling a repair with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these terms and conditions.
